System of the third week of weight gain

the breakfast:-

– Brown bread + cheese Double Cream + Falafel + jam buttered + egg dish Basterma + salad + cup Orchid

Noon: –

– Dish Night of full-fat yogurt with nuts or biscuits with dates with a cup condensed milk.

Food: –

– First day: Fried chicken + fries + coleslaw + rice with chicken.

– Second day: fish fillet baked casserole + salad + soup Seafood + rice.

– Third day: Molokhia rabbits + 250 g meat rabbits + salad + rice

– The fourth day: calamari casserole Balakecdh + Seafood soup + salad + rice.

– The fifth day: 250 g Shrimp Fried + shrimp soup + pasta CI food.

– The sixth day: Moussaka with minced meat + salad + rice or bread + coconut juice.

– Seventh day: okra casserole with meat + salad + soup meat + rice or stuffed.

After two hours: – chocolate ice cream with nuts.

the dinner:-

– Venu + reddish-buttered egg + white cheese + eggplant pickles + Strawberry milk.

– Before sleep hanging large honey marjoram.

Notes :-

– Prefer to drink a cup of milk, juice of dates with eating option.

– Prefer to eat yeast tablet twice daily after meals.

– Eat bananas, dates and cream mixture with honey twice a day.
