Diet for the sixth week

the breakfast:-

– Dish oat milk condenser bananas, strawberries, pineapple sweetened with honey.

Noon: –

– Mussels dish Red or Black + croissant, jam or dish Hazel percussion.

Food: –

– First day: wafers with minced meat + green salad + 250 g meat Dhani + garlic dip

– Second day: Pasta Aspajta + escalope Pane + Orzo soup + salad

– Third day: grilled shrimps + shrimp soup Balhovan + rice thickness.

– Fourth day: Dish pressed meat + salad + soup meat + basmati rice.

– The fifth day: turnovers stuffed with meat and cheese + chicken soup Shearia + Fried Chicken.

– The sixth day: shrimp casserole Molokhia + shrimp soup with tomatoes + rice.

– Seventh day: Fried Fish + salad + sesame paste + soup + rice Sayadia.

After two hours: – rice dish with nuts or milk pudding or custard or Um Ali.

the dinner :-

– Venu + Biffi eggs + Rjkovrd cheese + salad + Mango Juice

Notes :-

– It does not require the quantity, but the important variety in meals and colors

– Preferably a lot of mango, cherries, grapes, cranberry juice

– Eat a spoonful of powdered soy hot cup whole milk

– Prefer to eat the amount of suitable gum honey or Royal Jelly daily
