the breakfast:-
– Venu bread or white bread + Biffi eggs + French Fries + fig jam
+ Salad + cup Mgat.
Noon: –
– A cup of milk with slices of banana and intense strawberry + pistachio nuts and cashew nuts and dried fruit.
Food: –
– First day: Pasta béchamel + Chicken Soup + Potato Casserole Balafrakh.
– Second day: Koshary dish + salad + cup mango juice with milk.
– Third day: sliced liver, brain and shrimps + salad + garlic dip + white bread.
– Fourth day: Molokhia Balafrakh + salad + chicks reddish + rice dish.
– The fifth day: pizza sausage or meat + salad + French Fries.
– The sixth day: kebab dissolved + green salad + rice + Cream Soup.
– The seventh day: 250 g Shrimp Fried + Choreh seafood + salad + rice Sayadia
the dinner:-
– Venu bread or my + cheddar cheese or turkey + Jam Tin + cup yogurt with fruit
Notes:-
– Prefer eating dates with cucumbers option or between meals.
– Eat fruit juices full-fat milk.
– Prefer to drink a cup of cocoa full-fat milk.
