Tomato Soup Diet

Ingredients:
Liter chicken soup or meat without any fat final – cup tomato juice – Powder onions – garlic powder – teaspoon tomato sauce (to give a beautiful color of the soup) – Black Pepper – pieces of boiled chicken and the issuance of mature meat without skin or bone

Directions:
1. Keep tomato juice in a pot on the fire and season with onion powder, garlic, black pepper and allspice workshop and spoon the sauce and let it boil until concentrated.

NB: prefer not to add salt in this soup because the tomatoes and tomato sauce containing salts, prefer their sufficiency so as not to cause fluid retention in the body.
