French Fries: reheated after frying lose value, food and turning it into a toxin so it should freshly ingested.
Mushroom: preferably eaten immediately after preparation, or cold, or else cause chronic digestive problems.
Meat: reheated Grilled especially if the change in the composition of the protein substances present within them.
Eggs: foods that represent a major threat to health if re-heated, this should be addressed as soon as the egg preparation.
