Ingredients:

Chicken breasts diced

smashed onion

Two points olive oil

2 teaspoon curry

1 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon sugar (dispensable)

Salt – Pepper

Half teaspoon minced garlic

Cup water

Directions:

Heat olive oil and the onion browns that color becomes golden
