Sugar Diet affects the “obesity”

The sugar substitute, or what is known as diabetic diet, the most important means another followed in order to lose weight, in believing that eating this type of sugar does not add to their bodies calories and natural sugars, and therefore it is a safe way to get a good taste without paying his taxes to increase the weight.

Which denies Dr. Khaled Youssef Specialist obesity and thinness:

He explained that despite the many risks to take up this kind of sugar, which warned him to studies and research conducted in this regard, especially the health risks posed to the mind, as a result of eating Aspartame, which is the essential ingredient for him.

Nevertheless, many people still depend on it in their diets, thinking that it is an important factor for the success of the process of weight loss, but the latest studies have confirmed that this type of sugar does not pose a risk to human health, but also helps to gain weight instead of lose.

The reason is that eating sugar diet given deceptive signals to the brain that the body has got a high percentage of sugars, which leads to increase the secretion of insulin in the body, even that percentage is burned, which is a major cause of weight gain.

Increased secretion of insulin leads to store a high percentage of body fat and slow burning process, it also leads to increased feelings of hunger after a short period of time, which means eating more food and gain extra weight.
